 Professional Experience

• Ms. Mormile is specialized in corporate finance and crisis resolution; she mainly handles the legal and contractual aspects of the restructuring process.
• Since 2008 she has been a research fellow at the Law Department of the University of Palermo, carrying out teaching assignments in the subject of Private Law.
• Ms. Mormile is also the author of several publications and contributor to many scientific journals.
