Professional Experience
- Mr. Menaldi is a law graduate from the University of Florence. After having worked for private practice (Professor Gracili’s firm), he founded MM&A, one of the leading Italian law firms specializing in local utilities, privatization processes, and project financing.
- Mr. Menaldi has strengthened his expertise in extraordinary operations by assisting leading Italian public organizations in the area of derivatives. The transactions he has successfully completed have allowed him to become widely recognized in his field as an independent advisor supporting sponsors in financial transactions mainly involving infrastructure.
- In 2016, Mr. Menaldi together with Mr. Cinelli founded Cinelli Menaldi & Associati and joined Elexia in 2017.
